Prophecies Concerning Jesus

There were over 300 Old Testament prophecies about Messiah that were fulfilled by the life of Jesus Christ.

If we assign a probability of guessing each of these predictions correctly, we see that from a human viewpoint it is impossible to predict these events as the Bible has. Not one prediction failed. All are correctly fulfilled. This proves that the Bible is not humanly authored, but authored by God who ALONE knows the future.

If you take just EIGHT of these prophecies, the odds of one person fulfilling all EIGHT of these by coincidence is 1: 1000000000000000000 (one in 10 to the 17th power).

How hard is this for one  person to fulfill by coincidence?

Suppose you took the state of Texas and spread silver dollars two feet deep across the whole state, then marked just one of them and buried it somewhere in the state. Then, if you chose one person, blindfolded him, and told him to pick just one silver dollar, his chances of getting the marked one on his first try would be one in 10 to the 17th power! (Peter Stoner, Science Speaks)

Jesus did not just fulfill EIGHT prophecies, he fulfilled THREE HUNDRED!

Isaiah lived 750 years before Christ, Jeremiah 600 years; Micah 600 years;
Hosea 780 years; David 1000 years, and Zechariah lived 520 years before Christ.

Some time before 500 B. C. the prophet Daniel proclaimed that Israel's long-awaited Messiah would begin his public ministry 483 years after the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem Daniel 9:25-26.
He further predicted that the Messiah would be "cut off," killed, and that this event would take place prior to a second destruction of Jerusalem. Abundant documentation shows that these prophecies were perfectly fulfilled in the life and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The decree regarding the restoration of Jerusalem was issued by Persia's King Artaxerxes to the Hebrew priest Ezra in 458 B. C., 483 years later the ministry of Jesus Christ began in Galilee.
Isaiah lived 750 years before Christ, Jeremiah 600 years; Micah 600 years;
Hosea 780 years; David 1000 years, and Zechariah lived 520 years before Christ.

The following prophecies from the Old Testament, which speak of the betrayal, trial, death and burial of Jesus, were spoken at various times by many different voices during the five centuries from 1000-500 BC, and yet all of them were literally fulfilled in one twenty-four hour period of time in Jesus' life.
